From infinitely recyclable aluminum cans and cups to aerosol bottles, our goal is to contribute to a better community, society, and world.** **Key Responsibilities:** * Operate workstation equipment using specific control panels to maximize equipment productivity and the quality of manufactured cans; * Change labels by replacing printing plates, blankets, and inks, then perform all necessary adjustments to ensure the quality of manufactured cans; * Conduct routine inspections to detect equipment anomalies based on TPM operational check\-lists, and perform mechanical interventions whenever necessary to ensure full equipment functionality; * Perform workstation quality inspection routines using an automated system, making interventions to correct and maintain can parameters within specifications, and flagging the need for corrections to upstream workstations; * Perform minor corrective and preventive maintenance activities (e.g., hose replacement, ink roller replacement, scrapers, suction cups, mandrels, etc.) and low-complexity adjustments (e.g., ink fountain pressure, feed wheel synchronization, varnish weight and overlap, etc.). **What We Are Looking For:** **Required** * Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics; * Industrial experience. **Additional Information:** * **Work Location:** Extrema/MG * **Work Model:** On-site * **Working Hours:** 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. or 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., rotating 4x4 schedule **Ball Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
