Promotion of a motivating and productive organizational environment Coordinate strategic and operational Human Resources activities, promoting people management aligned with the company’s culture and objectives. Additionally, supervise occupational safety, cleaning, and internal marketing departments to ensure a clean, safe, motivating, and productive organizational environment. v Coordinate recruitment, selection, onboarding, and offboarding processes. v Supervise payroll routines, electronic timekeeping, benefits administration, and legal compliance, ensuring accurate and up-to-date legal records and documents. v Support managers in managing organizational climate, conflicts, and disciplinary actions. v Develop and manage compensation and benefits policies, ensuring legal compliance and employee well-being. v Monitor and update the company’s organizational chart whenever job position changes or staff structural movements occur, to maintain consistency with the most current staff/department structure. v Routinely supervise the company’s “job classification and salary plan”, monitoring promotion demands and ensuring internal equity in accordance with established criteria. v Support the performance evaluation process, ensuring evaluations are conducted fairly and consistently. v Manage and monitor all additional tasks assigned to the HR team to ensure accuracy and alignment with departmental strategy. v Collaborate with managers to define job profiles and candidate requirements. v Maintain effective communication with other company departments to ensure strategic alignment. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. v Ensure employees are informed about available benefits and how to access them. v Ensure updates to internal policies and codes of conduct. v Monitor safety indicators (accidents, incidents, training). v Ensure implementation of SIPAT, mandatory trainings, and control over uniform and PPE distribution. v Participate in the development and review of PPRA, PCMSO, and other legally required documents. v Supervise the cleaning team to ensure all restrooms, cafeteria, and common areas are clean and organized. v Conduct regular inspections to guarantee adherence to established hygiene standards. v Plan and coordinate integration initiatives, recognition programs, and internal communications (bulletin boards, campaigns, events). v Develop motivational and engagement campaigns for the team. v Support internal dissemination of company results, goals, and programs. v Present periodic reports to senior management, including suggestions for improvement. v Participate in leadership meetings to align company strategies. v Supervise external Marketing team, ensuring transparent communication and alignment with the company’s institutional image. v Conduct frequent alignment meetings with service providers (Marketing, Occupational Safety, and Cleaning) to resolve issues and improve service quality.
