Automate reports and propose improvements to data control and analysis processes to enhance operational efficiency. Monitor and maintain the delivery of reporting routines and automations performed by the team, ensuring data quality, reliability, and alignment with departmental objectives. Conduct operational indicator analyses to support management decision-making and identify opportunities for improving operational performance. Support traffic monitoring for customer service operations, contributing to balancing demand, operational capacity, and established service levels. ### **Prerequisites** Education/Course: Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Information Systems, or related fields. Knowledge: Excel — Proficiency Level: Intermediate. KPI Analysis — Proficiency Level: Intermediate. Advantages: Power BI — Proficiency Level: Intermediate. SQL Server — Proficiency Level: Intermediate. WFM / Call Center Planning.
