




Job Summary: On-site and remote technical support professional responsible for installation, maintenance, and configuration of systems and equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Network problem diagnosis and resolution **Responsibilities:** * Provide on-site and remote technical support to users for applications and equipment; * Open, log, and track technical service requests; * Escalate incidents to specialized teams when necessary; * Install and maintain corporate software; * Perform repairs and configure email accounts; * Assemble, configure, and maintain workstations; * Configure and provide support for local and network printers; * Diagnose and resolve network-related issues; * Document technical procedures and maintain up-to-date records. **Requirements:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Networking, or related fields; * Knowledge of: software installation and email account configuration; * Configuration of local and network printers; * Microcomputing and hardware maintenance; * Operating systems and network services; * Technical English for reading documentation and manuals. 100% on-site in Extrema/MG. Working hours: 08:00 to 17:00 (Lunch break from 12:00 to 13:00).
