Serve as backup on the Food Fraud Committee and deputy leader of Icare About the job We are seeking a Senior Quality Analyst to work at the dairy plant in Poços de Caldas \- MG, ensuring implementation of food safety programs, compliance with Danone requirements and applicable legislation, and strengthening the quality culture within operations. * Lead and monitor the food safety prerequisite program, including: + Integrated Pest Management (IPM) + Cleaning of facilities, equipment, and utensils + Waste handling and segregation + Employee health and hygiene + Layout and facilities (assessments and improvement management) + Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) + Environmental sampling + Development and guidance of the cleaning team * Record and support resolution of deviations identified during PPR verification activities. * Ensure compliance with all applicable Danone requirements and Brazilian food safety legislation. * Guarantee product integrity and quality while safeguarding consumer safety. * Serve as backup on the *Food Fraud* Committee. * Act as deputy leader of Icare. About you * Ability to work effectively in teams and high engagement capacity. * Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills. * Assertiveness to direct activities and ensure execution. * Sense of urgency and “owner of the business” mindset. * Energy to engage operational teams and lead candid discussions. * Analytical capability and results orientation. * Completed undergraduate degree in: Food Engineering, Chemistry, Production Engineering, or related fields. * FSSC 22000 certification. * Food safety management systems. * Knowledge of applied microbiology. * Experience with environmental monitoring. * Root Cause Analysis (*RCA*). * Investigation of quality deviations. * Intermediate-level Excel. * Preferred: Power BI and Power Apps. * Prior experience in the food industry.
