Analyze specific functional requirements and promote personalized activities for such performance, following established protocols. Conduct physical aptitude tests for specific functions, developing and administering physical tests. Analyze physical health risks associated with each function, participating in accident prevention, health, and quality-of-life programs aimed at mitigating identified risks. Perform tasks related to education and promotion campaigns for quality of life, developing relevant content, delivering classes/lectures, and/or guiding target audiences on health, safety, and quality-of-life topics. Support the sustainable growth of the Quality of Life area and related areas, ensuring maintenance, cleaning, preservation, storage, and control of all materials, devices, equipment, and the workplace. Monitor and provide support through in-person assistance, advising employees on matters related to associated areas within their responsibilities and competencies. Plan, guide, and promote health and quality-of-life initiatives for employees and the organization, executing targeted actions. Comply with and contribute to the development/update of health, hygiene, and occupational safety protocols, standards, and procedures inherent to the department, as well as compliance requirements, observations, and adherence to applicable corporate regulations. Report accidents or injuries occurring during organized activities or training sessions under your supervision. \#LI\-TS1 **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Expect From You:** Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Quality Management, or related fields. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Knowledge of applicable Regulatory Standards (NRs) for the sector.
