Proof of requested professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and nature of services rendered, along with a description of duties performed; b) Or copy of the Employment Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, including identification page and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating relevance to the desired position (only if CTPS registration title corresponds to the requirement stated in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed in services rendered, plus item “b” above, if the position title alone is insufficient to prove the required experience.
