Job Summary: Professional responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnostics, installation, and replacement on bus air conditioning systems. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive Maintenance** * Perform periodic inspections on air conditioning systems; * Clean filters, condensers, and evaporators; * Check refrigerant level and pressure; * Inspect belts, hoses, and connections. **2\. Corrective Maintenance** * Diagnose failures (e.g., reduced cooling, non-operation, unusual noises); * Replace defective components (compressor, valves, sensors, fans); * Repair system leaks; * Perform refrigerant recharge; **3\. Technical Diagnosis** * Use manifold gauges, thermometers, and measurement equipment; * Identify electrical and mechanical issues in the system; * Evaluate climate control system performance. **4\. Installation and Replacement of Systems** * Install new air conditioning equipment on buses; * Perform retrofitting or replacement of older systems; * Adjust operating parameters according to vehicle model. **5\. Integration with Vehicle Systems** * Collaborate with electricians (electrical components) and mechanics; * Verify interface with alternator, engine, and electronic system; * Ensure the system does not compromise vehicle performance. **6\. Control and Recordkeeping** * Complete service orders; * Record refrigerant and parts consumption; * Report material replenishment needs to the warehouse. **7\.
