Monitor performance indicators and act as a technical facilitator. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What You'll Do Daily:** --------------------------------- * Audit the quality of new installations and maintenance through on-site or remote technical inspections, ensuring compliance with the deadline of up to D\+10\. * Update control systems by thoroughly recording inspection findings in the Technical Portal and the Nonconformance Portal. * Manage fault correction by formally notifying third-party companies of detected irregularities to guarantee delivery standards. * Train field teams by delivering technical training and refresher courses for partner technicians, focusing on quality and safety. * Monitor performance indicators, preparing and presenting periodic performance reports (KPIs) on partner activities. * Act as a technical facilitator, clarifying doubts and proposing process improvements for third-party installation procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **We’re Looking For Someone Who:** * Thinks and acts from the customer’s perspective.
