Job Summary: The Operations Analyst will provide administrative and operational support to Production and Logistics areas, including indicator analysis, reporting, and process management, contributing to efficiency and compliance. The individual will support quality activities, traceability, inventory control, and continuous improvement, contributing to operational efficiency and process compliance. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS** ---------------------- * Support continuous improvement projects and activities related to the operations area. * Deliver and coordinate internal procedure training for employees. * Develop, review, and update operational procedures and documents. * Manage quality records and support compliance with internal procedures. * Analyze operational indicators, electronic reports, and performance data. Monitor quality and productivity indicators, supporting action plans when necessary. * Conduct traceability for items exhibiting deviations or variations. * Support investigations of Customer Service (SAC) incidents, contributing to root cause identification and solution implementation. * Monitor purchase orders, administrative adjustments, and related workflows. * Lead and monitor corrective and preventive actions (COR/OM). * Utilize systems and tools such as Sensor, SIEM, Enablon, BI, and MyPPM for process, indicator, and project control. * Participate in departmental meetings and support updating management dashboards and indicators. * Support plant inventory coordination and task distribution among stock clerks. * Act in compliance with occupational safety, food safety, environmental, and Integrated Management System requirements. **QUALIFICATIONS** ----------------- **Minimum** * Completed high school education. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Experience in data analysis and indicator tracking. * Experience in Production, Logistics, or Operations processes. **Preferred** * Currently pursuing or completed bachelor’s degree in related fields. * Yellow Belt certification or knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies. * Experience in inventory management, quality assurance, or process control. \#LI\-KU1 \#LI\-Onsite To apply using chat/text, please click Apply Now button OR use this link to create a login to apply.
