Business opportunity management and debt regularization **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 08:00–12:00, 13:00–17:00 **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT* **Job Mission** Responsible for serving current and potential cooperative members, assessing their needs, presenting appropriate solutions, offering portfolio products and services to meet their expectations, and executing marketing, renewals, and referrals to responsible departments for implementation upon acceptance. **Main Responsibilities** * Identify business opportunities during interactions with current or potential cooperative members. * Offer products and services according to each cooperative member’s needs. * Market existing portfolio products and services, and perform other frontline service-related tasks. * Prospect new cooperative members and new business opportunities beneficial to the cooperative, its members, and the community. * Support the branch manager in process execution. * Provide personalized, high-quality service to cooperative members. * Expand cooperative members’ relationship with the branch by seeking business opportunities aligned with each member’s profile. * Provide documentation for internal and external audit review when requested. * Conduct collections from delinquent accounts. * Assist cooperative members in regularizing their debts. * Formalize approved debt restructuring proposals. * Support management with information on debts eligible for legal action, per Internal Policy. **Requirements:** **Minimum Education** * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. **Technical Knowledge** * Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) * Financial institutions, financial cooperatives * Financial products and services * Sales techniques * Customer service techniques * Negotiation * Financial mathematics **Preferred Qualifications** * CPA 10 or CPA 20 certification is desirable. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, dental assistance, childcare allowance, internal benefits, profit sharing, life insurance, meal voucher, transportation voucher
