Hygiene of work areas, equipment, and utensils. Pre-preparation of salads, coffee breaks, side dishes, snacks, and desserts according to instructions and menu, under the supervision of the department head. Preparation of food items according to instructions and under supervision; quantity and quality control; restocking and replenishment of supplies; sample collection; temperature measurement. Ensuring equipment maintenance and proper operation.
