




Job Summary: Operate casting machines and equipment for the production of sanitary ware, perform mold preparation, casting, finishing, and quality control. Key Highlights: 1. Skill in quality control and production recordkeeping **RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Machine and Equipment Operation:** Operate low-pressure and high-pressure casting machines and equipment for producing sanitary ware components. **Mold Preparation:** Carefully prepare molds, which are essential to the final quality of components. **Casting and Finishing:** Carry out casting and finishing processes for components, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards. **Operational Support:** Assist in machine adjustment and tool installation to enhance production line efficiency. **Quality Control:** Perform quality control on produced components, identifying conforming and non-conforming items. **Production Recordkeeping:** Maintain production records and track unproductive hours to support area management. **Safety and Organization:** Comply with industrial safety procedures, correctly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and maintain workplace organization, cleanliness, and proper tool and equipment maintenance. **REQUIREMENTS:** Minimum **1 year** of experience in sanitary ware casting, preferably in toilet bowl casting (including knowledge of glued collar application). Knowledge of gypsum bench operation and production for toilet bowl manufacturing (with or without collar gluing). Proficiency in preparing gypsum bench molds and operating gypsum casting machines. Ability to finish components using sponges and other process tools. Knowledge of production recordkeeping and quality control (identification of conforming and non-conforming parts). Familiarity with industrial safety procedures and correct use of PPE.
