After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of its founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage non-conforming products, validate and release reprocessed products, create system hold entries related to blocks, and manage the training matrix. * Identify training needs for reviewing quality-related documents using the matrix, and update the matrix according to applied trainings. * Manage suppliers and handle Occurrence Reports (opening, validation), control inventory of blocked products, and monitor supplier visits while managing Quality Unavailability Follow-up Reports. * Execute quality analytical processes/equipment/methods/systems and necessary tests to build validation reports, manage the training matrix, and monitor document management software (SYD) revisions. * Ensure analytical methodology and metrological reliability, supporting analyses and inspections per published standards, and maintaining inventory of critical equipment. * Manage equipment calibrations and equipment sent for maintenance, conduct training for personnel with gaps in metrological reliability, and manage routes for critical equipment. * Manage non-conforming products and perform physical vs. system inventories of products, assisting in operator training on quality knowledge. * Understand and apply conscious consumption practices and natural resource preservation, complying with the company’s SSMA policies, comprehending environmental impacts and risks, and familiarizing oneself with emergency response procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or Pharmacy (Mandatory); * Active CRQ registration (Mandatory); * SAP system knowledge preferred; * Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) knowledge preferred; * Quality culture knowledge preferred (5S, Good Laboratory Practices); * Data analysis knowledge preferred; * Microsoft Office Suite knowledge preferred. **Worth noting:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. **Additional Information** **Here’s what we offer:** **Our Benefits – Caring for You at Every Stage of Life** ============================================================== At Ypê, we believe our people deserve well-being, security, and real opportunities for growth.
