Job Summary: A DHO professional responsible for developing and implementing T&D programs, mapping competencies, conducting performance evaluations, and working on organizational culture. Support for leadership development and succession planning programs **Responsibilities** * Develop and implement training and development (T\&D) programs; * Map competencies and support the creation of Individual Development Plans (IDPs); * Conduct performance evaluation processes and support continuous feedback cycles; * Support organizational climate initiatives, including surveys and action plans; * Work on organizational culture, employee engagement, and change management initiatives; * Identify development needs in collaboration with leaders; * Design and monitor HR metrics (KPIs), proposing improvement actions; * Facilitate workshops, trainings, educational activities, and development initiatives; * Support leadership development and succession planning programs; * Suggest improvements to DHO processes and practices based on data and trends; * Contribute to talent retention and development strategies. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Prior experience in Organizational Development, HR, or related areas; * Knowledge of T\&D methodologies and competency-based management; * Experience with performance evaluation; * Proficiency in data analysis and metrics; * Strong communication skills and ability to facilitate group sessions * Residency in Poços de Caldas.
