Teamwork and organization We are looking for a **Candy Maker** to join our team at a candy factory. * **Preparation and Production:** Produce a variety of candies on a large scale, following company-established recipes and standards. * **Quality Control:** Ensure consistency, quality, and freshness of ingredients and finished products, performing final weighing and finishing. * **Organization and Hygiene:** Maintain organization and cleanliness of the preparation area, equipment, and utensils, strictly adhering to food safety regulations (HACCP, Good Manufacturing Practices). * **Teamwork:** Collaborate with the production team to meet production schedules and targets. * **Experience:** Proven prior experience as a candy maker, pastry chef, or in industrial food production (preferred). * **Technical Knowledge:** Practical skills in candy preparation and knowledge of confectionery techniques. Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1.800,00 - R$2.300,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance Work Location: On-site
