Planning and coordination of loading time windows **Position:** Junior Transportation Analyst **Location:** Iveco – Pouso Alegre/MG **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor deliveries; * Handle incidents reported by carriers and customers; * Verify and track the status of daily dispatched invoices via reports; * Prepare performance reports and KPIs (daily, weekly, and monthly); * Develop materials and participate in meetings with carriers and customers; * Conduct freight and transportation performance analysis; * Fill out daily control spreadsheets; * Evaluate demand and operational capacity; * Support the immediate supervisor in preparing analytical reports; * Perform route planning, scheduling, and report control; * Carry out other related duties. **Specific Operational Activities:** * Plan and coordinate loading and receiving time windows; * Schedule dedicated, additional, spot, and export containers trucks; * Monitor and adjust vehicle capacity on defined routes and time windows, maintaining contact with carriers; * Serve as the focal point between carriers and CEVA operations, ensuring daily operational rhythm, time window adjustments, and incident resolution (e.g., collection delays). **Requirements:** **Mandatory:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree; * Intermediate proficiency in Word and Excel; * **Salary:** R$ 2\.940,00 * **Meal Voucher:** R$ 32,00 * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 16:48 (subject to adjustment) Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's degree
