Job Summary: Logistics Performance Analyst responsible for developing, monitoring, and analyzing performance indicators, creating dashboards, and identifying improvement opportunities. Collaborate with internal departments for continuous improvement and insight presentation. **Logistics Performance Analyst** ------------------------------------- ### **Key Responsibilities** * Develop, monitor, and analyze carrier and logistics operations performance indicators (KPIs) * Create managerial dashboards and reports for analyzing efficiency, delivery timelines, and service quality * Monitor SLA, lead time, OTIF, return rate, incidents, and service level * Conduct root cause analyses to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities * Support carrier management and evaluation based on operational data * Design performance tracking models and scorecards * Automate reporting and analytical routines to improve productivity * Present results and insights to internal departments and leadership * Partner with logistics, operations, and customer service teams to drive continuous improvement * Ensure consistency and quality of utilized data sources ### **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, Logistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields * Experience in data analysis and performance indicator development * Advanced Excel proficiency * Strong Power BI skills (data modeling, DAX, dashboard creation) * SQL knowledge for data extraction and manipulation * Experience with logistics KPIs and operational performance metrics * Analytical, critical, and results-oriented mindset * Strong communication skills for presenting data and metrics ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in logistics operations, e-commerce, or carrier management * Knowledge of ETL tools and data automation * Python (pandas) experience for analysis and automation * Experience with ERP systems and logistics platforms (TMS/WMS) * Experience in freight auditing and logistics cost analysis Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
