Responsible for serving current and potential cooperative members, assessing their needs, presenting appropriate solutions, and offering portfolio products and services to meet their expectations, as well as marketing, renewing, and forwarding accepted proposals to responsible departments for implementation.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Identify business opportunities during interactions with current or potential cooperative members.
* Offer products and services according to each cooperative member’s needs.
* Market existing portfolio products and services, and perform other front-line service duties.
* Prospect new cooperative members and new business opportunities beneficial to the cooperative, its members, and the community.
* Support the branch manager in managing processes.
* Provide personalized and high-quality service to cooperative members.
* Expand cooperative members’ relationship with the branch by identifying business opportunities aligned with each member’s profile.
* Provide documentation for internal and external audit review upon request.
* Collect overdue payments.
* Assist cooperative members in regularizing their debts.
* Formalize approved debt restructuring proposals.
* Support management with information on outstanding debts eligible for legal action, per Internal Policy.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* CPA 10 or CPA 20 certification is desirable.
**Requirements:** **Minimum Education**
* Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.

* Computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
