Monitoring performance and providing continuous support **External Sales Supervisor** Responsible for leading and supervising the field-based external sales team, ensuring target achievement and implementation of commercial strategies. Conducts remote supervision by monitoring performance indicators, routes, visits, and results, as well as delivering ongoing support, feedback, and training. Engages in planning commercial actions, setting targets, tracking negotiations, prospecting new customers, and strengthening relationships with partners.
