The construction company seeks a Building Technician in Curitiba. **Responsibilities:** Perform, direct, or supervise the technical execution of professional tasks. Guide and coordinate the execution of installations, assemblies, operations, repairs, or maintenance of buildings and other civil construction works. Provide technical assistance and advisory services regarding feasibility studies and project development, inspection work, building inspections, and assessments. Conduct building surveys for cadastral, building, and/or conservation regularization without area limitations, as well as necessary reports and opinions for municipal, state, or federal public administration agencies. Prepare schedules, technical reports, and material and labor lists for civil construction projects. Review project documents and select documentation required for construction legalization. Monitor documentation deadlines and organize the technical archive. Previous experience as a Civil Construction Technician, Building Projects Technician, Construction Works Technician, or Structural Technician may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities associated with this position.
