Job Summary: Responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling engineering and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with guidelines and delivery quality. Key Highlights: 1. Technical interface engagement with diverse stakeholders **Position Objective:** Plan, monitor, and control engineering and infrastructure projects across the university campus, ensuring alignment with institutional strategic guidelines, timely execution, budget predictability, interdisciplinary integration, and delivery quality throughout the project lifecycle. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and maintain up-to-date physical\-financial project schedules, considering interfaces among conceptual design, executive design, procurement, and construction phases; * Systematically track project progress, identifying deviations in schedule, cost, scope, and quality, and proposing corrective actions and risk mitigation measures; * Consolidate and analyze performance indicators (KPIs), management reports, and monitoring dashboards to support governance and strategic decision-making; * Ensure alignment between the Master Plan, institutional strategic planning, and operational demands from user departments; * Engage technically with designers, consultants, suppliers, engineering and architecture teams, procurement, operations, and institutional stakeholders; * Support procurement planning, technical acquisitions, and project documentation organization, ensuring traceability and procedural compliance; * Contribute to standardizing methodologies, processes, workflows, and tools for engineering and infrastructure project planning and management; * Participate in technical analysis of scopes, feasibility studies, preliminary estimates, and executive project planning; * Support risk management, change controls, and technical and operational impact analyses throughout projects. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Project Management, or related fields; * Proven experience in project planning, monitoring, or management; * Knowledge of project management methodologies and practices (e.g., PMBOK, Lean Construction, or similar); * Experience with planning and control tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalents); * Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and engineering documentation; * Knowledge of physical\-financial control, schedule analysis, and risk management. **Desired Behavioral Competencies:** * Systems thinking and analytical capability; * Organization, process discipline, and results orientation; * Technical communication skills and multidisciplinary coordination ability; * Proactivity in identifying risks and opportunities; * Ability to operate effectively in dynamic environments managing multiple concurrent projects. **Additional Information** **What You’ll Find Here:** * Unimed Health Plan: Co-payment plan offering medical coverage and access to a high-quality accredited provider network * OdontoPrev Dental Plan: Nationwide coverage, with monthly premiums deducted from payroll * Education Incentive Program: Valuing professional and personal development of employees, with incentives for specialization, extension courses, language learning, and postgraduate studies at PUCPR * Meals at Bistrô Marista: On-site meals provided on workdays, with a symbolic payroll deduction * Quality of Life Program * Private Pension Plan * Life Insurance * Transportation Allowance * Free Parking * Wellhub (formerly Gympass): Access to numerous gyms with monthly membership fees deducted from payroll * Zenklub: Access to telehealth sessions with mental health specialists, including two free consultations per month * “Conte Comigo” Program: Multidisciplinary team available for social support, legal guidance (excluding labor-related matters), financial and pension consulting * Benefits Club: Partnerships with companies across various sectors, offering special discounts on services and products **Salary:** Our salary proposal is determined based on multiple factors.
