Participation in implementation and evolution projects A contact center company is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Analyst in Curitiba (Campo Comprido). **Responsibilities:** Provide infrastructure environment support by handling incidents, changes, and improvements, focusing on availability, performance, and SLA compliance. Administer Windows Server and/or Linux servers; configure and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks; manage firewalls (rules, NAT, and VPN); perform backup and monitoring routines. Participate in infrastructure implementation and evolution projects, working with virtualization, corporate networks, and information security. Previous experience as a Senior Systems Analyst, Senior Network Analyst, Senior Support Analyst, or Infrastructure Specialist may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
