Focus on safety and operational optimization Operate and control boiler functions in accordance with area safety standards and procedures to supply steam for heat and/or energy production. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate boilers, monitor process variables, and intervene as needed to optimize operations; * Ensure proper functioning of boiler-related equipment and perform its maintenance; * Carry out preventive maintenance of the boiler, including adjustments, internal pipe cleaning, inspection of pipes, control devices, and valves, to guarantee equipment operability; * Perform daily checklists of the machine and associated equipment, verifying their condition and reporting any failures to the immediate supervisor to ensure proper area functionality; * Follow area safety guidelines, using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), to safeguard oneself against safety and health risks and hazards; * Comply with the SSMA (Safety, Health, and Environment) policy, adhering to company procedures and practices to meet applicable legal requirements, combat waste, and reduce generation of waste, effluents, and atmospheric emissions; * Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area, following established guidelines and procedures, to ensure the workplace remains suitable for daily activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Boiler Operator Certificate (NR13); * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook; * Minimum one year of experience. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Pharmacy Card; * Transportation (Routes: Goiás–Posse, Alvorada, Buritinópolis, Damianópolis, and Mambai–GO; and Bahia–Carinhanha up to Cocos); * Shared accommodation; * Gym access; * Meals; * Life insurance; **Partnerships:** * Agreements with universities; * Dental clinics in the Cocos–BA and Mambai–GO regions. #### **Founded in 2000 but with origins dating back to 1976, Santa Colomba is a Brazilian agricultural company focused on large-scale, mechanization-ready production.
