




Job Summary: A professional responsible for access control, seal verification, information registration in the system, and sector organization, ensuring security and compliance. Workplace security and organization Perform seal verification (checkout), control access for employees, contractors, and visitors, register data in the system, draft reports, and maintain sector organization. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Control entry of machinery and equipment; * Register companies and contractors in the system; * Coordinate with occupational safety to integrate third-party companies; * Weekly reporting of active employees on site during the previous week; * Monthly reporting of the number of third-party personnel and machinery that provided services at the construction site; * Record visitor entries and exits; * Control entry and exit of employees and third-party personnel outside regular hours; * Perform other related tasks as requested by the immediate supervisor; * Carry out job-related activities in strict compliance with all organizational safety, health, and environmental work standards and procedures, and consistently use all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for the position and department. Responsible for immediately informing the immediate supervisor of any activity posing a risk to one's own health or that of fellow workers; * Perform duties in alignment with the company’s values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals while maintaining confidentiality and protecting company information; * Maintain discipline under the 5S program, aiming for safe work through workplace organization, standardization, and cleanliness; * Safeguard company property under one's responsibility and promptly report any problems or damages detected to the immediate supervisor; * Verify trucks awaiting their INVOICES for billing, inspecting their hatches and seals, confirming everything is in order before releasing them for transport of ethanol, crude corn oil, and DDGS; * In case of discrepancies found on a truck, notify the billing department to issue an invoice correction letter; * In case of any incident, immediately attend the location to monitor the situation and subsequently issue an incident report, which is emailed to all parties involved in the area where the incident occurred; * Manage and distribute keys and lockers in changing rooms; * Carry out job-related activities in strict compliance with all organizational safety, health, and environmental work standards and procedures, and consistently use all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for the position and department.
