




Job Summary: The Quality Analyst inspects incoming goods, manages non-conformities, records and implements quality management system instructions, and trains teams. Key Highlights: 1. Management of non-conformities and quality issues with suppliers. 2. Creation and implementation of procedures and work instructions. 3. Process monitoring and presentation of quality indicators. **Position**: Quality Analyst **Responsibilities**: Conduct incoming inspections, triggered by material receivers, for out-of-spec conditions (oxidation, scratches, dimensional deviations, dents). Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for quality issues identified in supplier-delivered items, send them to the supplier, notify Procurement and Management. Notify Procurement to arrange returns when items are unusable. Receive internal sales complaints, request evidence of the issue, and proceed with documentation (NCR or complaint spreadsheet). For NCRs involving defects not detected upon receipt (cracks, fissures), contact the supplier to investigate the issue and determine a resolution. Record process non-conformities, including associated costs of poor quality. Complete quality indicators using monthly reported data. Record and implement work instructions of the Quality Management System. Develop departmental activity procedures, including information and records necessary for task execution (work instructions). Create documents supporting process monitoring, such as checklists and records. Present quality indicators during management meetings.
