Job Summary: A professional responsible for quality control and inspection, overseeing production processes and ensuring compliance with standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Process monitoring and standardization in production Job Responsibilities: Conducts quality control and inspection of incoming materials, verifying that all meet identity and quality standards. Monitors production process stages. Oversees the entire Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) program. · Monitor production processes to ensure standardization; · Verify measurements, weights, quantities, and technical specifications; · Conduct visual inspections and tests on finished or in-process products; · Inspect and guide employees regarding Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); · Assist in implementing internal procedures and standards; · Notify supervisors upon identifying non-conformities; · Monitor use of personal protective equipment (PPE) across various production assistant activities; · Verify employee health and hygiene conditions; · Complete quality control reports, spreadsheets, and records; · Perform testing of new products and packaging; · Train production operators; · Release products; · Support internal and external audits; · Organize quality department documents and files; · Perform other related duties. **Requirements:** · Completed high school education; · Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); · Basic knowledge of quality control and product inspection; · Attention to detail; · Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team; · Organizational skills and sense of responsibility; · Preferred: training courses in quality, production, or related fields.
