Operate aerial telephone line processes through installation and repair of telephone lines, performing tests, laying and removing cables; Respond to technical service requests from corporate and residential customers by installing and repairing ADSL internet access, repairing subscriber lines and trunks, configuring modems/routers, and restoring basic and advanced microcomputer configurations. Perform TUP services through maintenance and technical testing. Enable cable TV services through antenna installation, configuration, and required testing; Maintain cable TV services through antenna and cabling testing, replacement of parts and equipment, and execution of tests and configurations; Perform FTTH installations and repairs; Carry out Micro Repairs in Information Technology, aiming to diagnose and correct issues or perform preventive maintenance; Provide user support when necessary; Perform other activities of similar nature, complexity level, and responsibility. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed High School education Desirable: 6 months of experience in the role.
