We have an opportunity for you: Position: Maintenance Technician Main Responsibilities: Install and activate telecommunications services, as well as diagnose and repair technical faults on-site; Conduct tests to ensure the quality of activated services; Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on equipment; Configure routers, modems, and other networking devices; Respond to customer technical support requests; Document and generate reports of performed activities; Ensure customer satisfaction with the provided service. Requirements and Qualifications: * Completed high school education; * Driver's license, category B; * Basic knowledge of computer science and networking (TCP\-IP protocols, FTTH); * Experience in the field is desirable; * NR10 and NR35 certifications will be considered advantageous; * Must reside in Novo Hamburgo or neighboring cities.
