Maintaining site security Responsibilities: Control access for visitors, employees, and service providers; identify and monitor entries and exits (name, time, destination); verify identification badges, authorizations, and documents; manage vehicle entry and exit; guide visitors and notify the person responsible for the visit; maintain site security by observing suspicious behavior; follow company or condominium internal policies and procedures; monitor surveillance cameras and control systems.
