Responsibilities: **Accounting Entries:** Record all financial transactions in the company's accounting system. Support tax calculation and submission of ancillary obligations (SPED Contábil and ECF). Assist in the analysis and classification of expenses and revenues. Support monthly and annual accounting closing routines. **Bank Reconciliation:** Verify whether accounting entries match bank statements and resolve any discrepancies. **Document Control:** Organize and archive accounting documents, such as receipts, invoices, and payment confirmations. **Customer Service:** Handle customer inquiries related to financial and accounting matters. Requirements: Experience in the Accounting field. Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting systems is a plus. Analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
