Regional Supervisor

Description

We are seeking a strategic, inspiring, and results-driven Regional Gym Supervisor to manage multiple units, ensuring operational excellence, high team performance, and a differentiated experience for students. We seek a professional with strong management capabilities, analytical vision, and the ability to develop leaders, monitor KPIs, and drive commercial and operational results. This role is responsible for ensuring alignment of units with company standards, promoting sustainable growth, team engagement, and service quality. Responsibilities: * Supervise regional unit operations, ensuring compliance with company operational, commercial, and service standards; * Monitor gym performance indicators, including sales, retention, occupancy rate, delinquency, NPS, and team productivity; * Develop and lead unit managers, promoting strategic alignment, results tracking, and organizational culture strengthening; * Conduct periodic visits to units for operational audits, customer experience evaluation, and identification of improvement opportunities; * Ensure excellence in student service by monitoring action plans related to customer satisfaction and loyalty; * Support units in executing commercial campaigns, marketing initiatives, and strategies for student acquisition and retention; * Monitor staff schedules, workforce composition, organizational climate, and team training needs; * Manage conflicts and support managers to ensure smooth regional operations; * Ensure compliance with internal regulations, operational procedures, company policies, and safety standards; * Prepare managerial reports and performance presentations for senior leadership; * Participate in operational strategic planning, proposing continuous improvements and actions for sustainable regional growth; * Monitor operational costs and support budget management for units under responsibility; * Ensure visual, structural, and operational standardization across regional gyms; * Strategically contribute to achieving the company's commercial and operational goals
