Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring and implementing production asset improvement projects, conducting root cause analysis of industrial problems, and ensuring maintenance efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Production asset improvement project management 2. Root cause analysis for industrial issues 3. Promoting efficient communication between operations and maintenance · Monitor the implementation of new production asset improvement projects on the production line, applying traditional or agile project management methodologies and technical tools to identify, analyze, implement, and control general improvements; · Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for high-criticality equipment failures and/or recurring industrial problems, assessing the need for improvement projects and developing action plans based on identified causes; · Monitor the technical performance of processes and maintenance activities on critical assets; · Develop and support managers in creating action plans for daily production and maintenance KPI results; · Collaborate with management to define critical equipment and systems, enabling adoption of best practices in maintenance and operations; · Develop and monitor the Technical Training Matrix, evaluating operational and maintenance needs and transferring knowledge to employees; · Create and adapt standard operating procedures (SOPs); · Promote efficient communication between operations and maintenance; · Provide input for developing preventive maintenance plans; · Occasionally operate machinery; · Occasionally perform autonomous machine maintenance.
