Analysis of reports and proposal of process improvements **Join Callinker!** We are looking for a HUMAN RESOURCES ANALYST \- HR ADMINISTRATION to join our team. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Administer statutory and corporate benefits (e.g., transportation allowance, medical and dental plans, pharmacy benefits, childcare assistance, among others). * Perform enrollments, cancellations, registration updates, and control benefit adhesions and cancellations. * Monitor usage, balances, top-ups, and costs of benefit plans, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legislation. * Import, verify, and post benefit expenses to payroll, including deductions and adjustments. * Support and guide employees regarding benefit rules, eligibility, usage, and deductions. * Support onboarding and offboarding processes related to benefit management. * Analyze benefit reports, identify inconsistencies, and propose process improvements. * Maintain up-to-date benefit registrations and documentation, ensuring confidentiality of information. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience in HR administration activities. * Microsoft Office Suite. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Familiarity with administrative routines and tools such as Excel, Teams, and corporate email. * Organizational skills, agility, and strong interpersonal relationship abilities. * Desired experience in HR administration and HR, Microsoft Office Suite, Payroll Systems, employee and vendor support, * And other HR administration activities. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:** WE ARE A RESULTS\-AND\-SOLUTIONS\-FOCUSED COMPANY * All our employees are trained to be reference points in relationship management and technology.
