Professional growth alongside the company Network Helper Salary: BRL 1735.00 (paid on the 5th business day via Itaú Bank) Meal Allowance: BRL 300.00 (pro-rated, paid on the 15th of each month) Transportation Allowance: 6% of salary Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 2-hour lunch break at the worksite. (Lunch break may be shortened only with supervisor approval). Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Flexible Hours System: Time-off requests must be submitted 10 days in advance and cannot fall immediately before or after a holiday. Vehicle: - Traffic violations are attributed directly to the driver; deductions appear on the payslip; reimbursements—when claimed—are also reflected on the payslip. - A checklist is performed upon vehicle handover, and monthly inspections are conducted; a return checklist will be completed when the vehicle is returned. - The driver is responsible for vehicle storage and maintenance. Tools, equipment, and materials: The user is responsible for their storage and maintenance. The Network Helper role involves outdoor work under direct sunlight, assisting network technicians in network construction—including pole installation, optical fiber deployment, and pole equipment mounting—as well as supporting the installation team in activating internet plan customers and assisting splicing technicians in network activation and maintenance activities. The purpose of this position is to develop the professional’s expertise across all areas, enabling growth alongside the company. Prerequisites: Class B driver’s license (for cars) and willingness to work hard and learn.
