Develop management reports and optimize operations This position will be based at the Vyas Transporte Uberlândia branch, in the fleet department, performing duties relevant to this area. We seek professionals with experience, a strong owner mindset, and teamwork orientation. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate daily team activities, providing support, guidance, and training to subordinates; * Coordinate preventive, corrective, and roadside assistance maintenance executions for all group assets, analyzing maintenance frequency and monitoring work order status; * Provide technical support for decision-making at branches through direct contact with the department’s administrative team, identifying issues and/or opportunities for continuous improvement; * Define dashboards and controls for the fleet area using appropriate systems and delivering management reports to support decision-making; * Conduct supplier ANS (Annual Negotiation Session) and monitor tire CPK (Cost Per Kilometer); * Administer the Fleet budget, analyzing payment controls, budget overruns, and evaluating cost per asset; * Monitor and control CO (carbon monoxide) and CO2 (carbon dioxide) emissions in operations, aiming to reduce environmental impact; * Perform other related and inherent professional duties as directed or requested by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in Administration, Economics, or Logistics; * Full mastery of methods, techniques, and processes inherent to fleet management; * Advanced Excel proficiency; * Proficiency in data compilation and analysis tools; * Assertive communication, leadership, and people management skills; * Organizational ability and feedback delivery skills. **Additional Information** **Benefits include:** * Meal Allowance; * Transportation Allowance; * Health Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Referral Program: Refer a friend and earn bonuses; * CNH Amiga Program (for first-time driver’s license issuance or category upgrade). **Who Are We?** ***Our specialty is shortening distances*** — we bring you one of the world’s largest beverage brands, Ambev, through our **distributors**, **logistics partnerships**, and **franchised stores**.
