Come join our team and become a Med Member. **Responsibilities and Duties** Bachelor’s degree and knowledge in administration, logistics, or team management. Certifications or complementary courses in leadership or operational management are advantageous. Experience in administrative routines, performance indicator monitoring, and resolution of operational issues. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Prepare staff schedules jointly with the Registered Nurse (RT), managerial reports, and charts for operational monitoring. * Support management in tracking and executing daily administrative routines. * Supervise teams to ensure alignment with established processes and quality standards. * Actively participate in implementing operational improvements. * Maintain direct communication with the client to ensure contractual goals are met. * Ensure proper logistics for teams and ambulances, aligning deadlines and priorities. * Proven experience coordinating teams and operations, preferably in Pre\-Hospital Care (PHC) services or operational logistics. **Additional Information** * **Salary:** R$5000 * **Transportation Allowance (per day):** R$0 * **Meal Allowance (per day):** R$0 * **Working Hours:** 200h/week * **Additional Pay:** No * **Work Schedule:** 07:00 to 17:00 * **Location:** \- \- Prata \- Minas Gerais **Join Grupo Med\+ – Where Purpose Saves Lives!** We are Grupo Med\+, the largest Emergency Response provider for critical infrastructure in Brazil.
