Job Summary: Responsible for cleaning and preserving all internal and external areas of the company, including garbage collection, garden maintenance, and assistance in general activities. Support in various infrastructure and cleaning activities \* Collect garbage from departments and deliver it to the waste storage area. \* Perform daily external cleaning—including sides, front and rear of the company—by sweeping and washing. \* Maintain gardens and plants by watering and pruning. \* Always keep roofs and gutters in good condition. \* Maintain and preserve all external areas: blow leaves from the external parking lot and company entrance using machinery, sweep internal areas, clean drains, and sweep pedestrian walkways, corridors, and sidewalks. \* Carry out full selective waste collection: remove waste generated in the cafeteria after every meal and dispose of it at the central waste storage area; additionally, organize recyclable boxes, plastics, glass, and pallets in the recycling sector. \* Clean and sanitize the cafeteria kitchen hood, the water filter box of the production area drinking fountain, the central lubrication containment basin, the central waste storage room, the administrative gas storage room, and external trash bins. \* Perform complete sanitization of the cafeteria air conditioner unit, draining the water reservoir, cleaning ventilation components, and internal and external structures. \* Assist in civil construction activities when required. \* Monitor third-party service execution—including air conditioning sanitization across the entire company, selective waste collection, replacement of paper towel dispensers and soap dispensers, and receipt of leased equipment. \* Preserve and maintain all internal and external gardens through pruning, removal of dry and damaged branches, grass cutting, pruning, watering, and application of necessary inputs for growth and development. \* Assist other professionals in executing tasks when required.
