Commitment, responsibility, and good interpersonal relationships **Operational Helper (RASTELO) \- PCD Affirmative Action** **Job Summary:** An Operational Helper is responsible for assisting in field operational activities, supporting machine operators, and performing manual services related to green area maintenance, cleaning, and workplace organization. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist machine operators in daily tasks, ensuring safety and operational efficiency; * Perform raking and collection of cut grass; * Collect and stack branches, leaves, and other vegetal waste; * Assist in loading and unloading materials and tools; * Maintain a clean and organized work environment; * Follow safety regulations and environmental best practices during task execution; * Support other operational tasks as required by the department. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in gardening, urban cleaning, or maintenance will be considered an advantage; * Ability to perform physical labor outdoors; * Commitment, responsibility, and good interpersonal relationships. **Desired Competencies:** * Proactivity; * Teamwork; * Attention to detail; * Punctuality and discipline. **Salary and Benefits:** Salary R$ 1819,32 \+ Productivity Bonus \+ Meal Voucher R$ 616,47 \+ Dental Plan \+ Life Insurance \+ Total Pass \+ Tangará Club Discount Plan Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent Contract Compensation: R$1\.819,32 per month Benefits: * Dental care assistance * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Experience: * Gardening or urban cleaning activities (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
