Manage preventive and corrective maintenance planning, monitor vehicle risks and status, and ensure efficient operations at transshipment points and during customer service, meeting deadlines, quality standards, and delivery time windows. Strategically manage transportation and distribution operations to ensure logistical efficiency, cost control, and a high level of customer service. Responsible for fleet, carrier, and contractor management; freight rate negotiation; route planning; budgetary control; and performance indicators. Lead teams, ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations, promote cross-departmental integration, and drive continuous improvement, innovation, and optimization of logistics processes.
