Job Summary: We are seeking a Supply Analyst to manage information, control fleet operations, and serve as the interface with the commercial department, aiming for efficiency and continuous improvement. Supplier analysis, negotiation, and purchase order issuance Description We are looking for a Supply Analyst to manage information, control and monitor fleet operations — including vehicles, refueling, fuel consumption, and related benefits — while serving as the direct interface with the commercial department to ensure process efficiency, cost control, and operational support. This professional will be responsible for organizing data, generating reports, supporting decision-making, and contributing to the continuous improvement of supply processes. **Responsibilities** * Conduct quotations, negotiations, and supplier analysis — price, delivery time, and quality * Issue purchase orders and track deliveries and contracted services * Control and keep fleet-related information up to date (vehicles, documentation, expiration dates, responsible personnel, and status) * Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, refueling, and per-vehicle costs * Track preventive and corrective fleet maintenance, controlling deadlines and service history * Validate invoices and supporting documents related to fleet, services, and fuel * Administer mobility- and transportation-related benefits * Serve as the liaison point between the Supply and Commercial departments * Develop and maintain cost-control, consumption, and performance indicators and reports Requirements and Qualifications * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields * Experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, fleet control, or similar functions * Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency * Experience with ERP systems and control software is a plus * Knowledge of negotiation processes and supplier management Employment Type: Full-time, Temporary Contract Duration: 6 months Compensation: Starting from R$3.955,18 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance
