Learn more at www.3coracoes.com **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead a team of sales consultants and promoters to build business at PDVs; * Conduct regular team meetings to communicate objectives and update sales strategies; * Monitor key performance indicators (volume, positive account acquisition, new customer registration, coverage, visitation rate, delinquency); * Accompany and guide sales consultants during visits requiring deeper involvement in negotiation and closing deals, as well as in problem resolution; * Carry out activities aimed at prospecting customers and driving sales with clients within your operational area; * Plan daily team visits; * Analyze market results and scenarios, strategic planning, sales execution, flyer negotiations, calendars, bonus points, and other activations; * Ensure, together with the sales and merchandising teams, that the company’s product mix is positioned in accordance with current execution practices; * Evaluate product exposure and PDV ambiance using merchandising materials to promote sales. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields. **Required** * Category B driver’s license; * Prior experience in external sales; * Experience in consumer goods sales; * Experience leading teams; * Willingness to travel; * Proficiency in spreadsheets and presentations. **Additional Information** **Benefits** * Shared Health Plan; * Dental Plan; * Telemedicine and Online Therapy (100% covered by the company); * Performance Bonus; * Transportation; * Meal Allowance; * Monthly Product Kit; * Life Insurance; * Wellhub.
