Key responsibilities: - Lead, train, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team. - Monitor team performance indicators and market movements. - Organize sales routines, managing schedules, CRM, and sales workflows to ensure compliance with processes. - Break down sales targets into operational action plans for the team. - Monitor post-sales processes. - Work closely with the team, supporting them in the field and during strategic negotiations when necessary.
