This person will be a key player in building relationships with our customers and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. **Main Responsibilities** * Customer service via WhatsApp, phone, and in person * Making collection calls to delinquent customers * Scheduling motorcycle maintenance and repairs * Assisting with drafting and organizing rental contracts * Updating information in systems and managing administrative records * Providing general support to the rental operation ✅ **Requirements** * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Experience or aptitude for public-facing service * Basic computer literacy (WhatsApp Web, spreadsheets, systems) * Proactivity and accountability Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1.518,00 - R$2.046,28 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
