We do the right thing—today and for generations to come. **Job Purpose and Impact** -------------------------- The **LATAM Master Data Sr Associate** will assist the team with administrative tasks related to coordinating supplier-related activities in accordance with various established guidelines. In this role, you will partner with relevant stakeholders to support the process of creating and updating suppliers in related systems. You will collaborate with internal business units and external suppliers to maintain up-to-date data and ensure compliance with applicable guidelines. #LI-EV1 #LI-Hybrid **Key Accountabilities** ------------------------ * Partner with relevant stakeholders to provide assistance regarding supplier creation and maintenance. * Support the team in ensuring supplier compliance with established guidelines by maintaining required items using internal policies and procedures. * Assist assigned projects and support continuous improvement implementations in supplier management. * Handle administrative customer support issues under minimal supervision, escalating only the most complex issues to the appropriate team. * Other duties as assigned. **Qualifications** ------------------ * Knowledge of systems such as SAP, ERP * Intermediate Spanish language proficiency * Experience in procurement activities — preferred * Experience in finance activities — preferred * Other minimum qualifications may apply
