Maintenance of indoor and outdoor areas Cleaning, maintenance, and waste removal services; office area cleaning; cleaning and disinfection of all existing bathrooms; general sweeping of premises, including removal of trash and paper, as well as fallen tree leaves from lawns, bagging them in plastic bags and placing them into dumpsters prior to disposal.
