**What You’ll Do Here:**
* Perform collection routines for delinquent customers via channels such as WhatsApp, e\-mail, and telephone, following defined playbooks;
* Proactively contact customers to negotiate debts, adhering to pre\-established guidelines and policies;
* Update collection information in CRM/internal systems, ensuring organization and traceability of interactions;
* Support monitoring of basic operational metrics (e.g., contacts made, agreements closed, amounts recovered);
* Escalate more complex or non\-standard cases to senior levels or responsible departments;
* Support continuous process improvement by providing day\-to\-day collection feedback.
**What We Expect From You:**
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Law, or related fields;
* Prior experience in collections;
* Strong negotiation skills, with autonomy to conclude agreements without constant supervision;
* Analytical mindset, with ease in interpreting data and tracking goals;
* Intermediate/advanced Office suite proficiency, especially Excel;
* Experience with financial management systems or CRM is a plus.
