**A Day in the Life of...**
* Apply continuous improvement tools—such as Six Sigma—to identify and reduce variability in production processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
* Utilize Lean Manufacturing and Theory of Constraints methodologies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and eliminate waste—with focus on maximizing added value.
* Develop and monitor production planning and control systems—including MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)—to ensure productive efficiency, cost reduction, and fulfillment of customer demands.
* Analyze the supply chain to identify improvement opportunities, integrate suppliers, and implement practices such as reverse logistics—aiming for greater efficiency and sustainability.
* Provide administrative support and execute administrative tasks both within and outside the department.
* Verify and control entries of self-produced milk, third-party milk, and transfers—as well as monitor volumes per supplier at the plant.
* Perform activities related to quality and safety.
* Participate in weekly and monthly departmental meetings.
* Monitor milk intake logistics and control freight payment processing.
* Maintain documentation control and prepare departmental project dossiers.
* Engage directly with factories, transportation providers, and third-party partners.
**What Will Make You Successful?**
* Education: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Process Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
* Preferred: Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency;
* Advantageous: Intermediate English proficiency
* Strong communication skills;
* Good interpersonal relationship skills;
* High capacity for organization and planning.
