Job Summary: Experienced plumber for repairs, adjustments, and maintenance of hydraulic, sanitary, and stormwater installations, including unclogging. Key Highlights: 1. Proven experience as a licensed plumber 2. Repairs and adjustments to valves, shut-off cocks, and piping 3. Preventive and corrective maintenance of hydraulic systems Plumber: Proven plumbing experience verified via work record book. Perform repairs, adjustments, and calibrations on valves, shut-off cocks, piping, flush tanks, centrifugal pumps, as well as carry out minor services or renovations on hydraulic, sanitary, and stormwater installations; Perform preventive and corrective maintenance according to the schedule provided by the maintenance supervisor; Replace bearings and repair centrifugal pumps; Unclog pipes and sewage and stormwater tanks, as well as valves, floor drains, and siphons; Perform other related tasks inherent to the function, as directed by contract supervision. **Requirements:** Proven experience documented in work record book.
