Complying with safety regulations and using PPE **Employment Type:** CLT **Job Summary** The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general building maintenance services, including repairs, minor civil works, structural corrections, and other activities ensuring the proper functioning of facilities. The role involves both preventive and corrective actions, following technical standards, safety protocols, and supervision instructions. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform masonry, flooring, wall, cladding, and simple structural repairs. * Carry out minor civil works, such as installing supports, fixings, and structural adjustments. * Perform painting, plaster repairs, and finishing work when required. * Assist in basic plumbing tasks, such as unclogging, faucet adjustments, trap replacements, among others. * Support low-complexity electrical maintenance activities when authorized and trained. * Read and interpret sketches, simple blueprints, and work instructions. * Maintain an organized workplace, taking care of tools, materials, and equipment. * Conduct preventive inspections in assigned areas and report anomalies to supervision. * Comply with safety regulations, mandatorily using provided PPE. * Respond to emergency requests as required by the contract. **Requirements** * **Education:** Completed elementary school. * **Experience:** Prior experience as a craftsman, mason, specialized laborer, or in building maintenance is desirable. * **Desirable Knowledge:** * Basic knowledge of masonry, plumbing, painting, and general repairs; * Use of manual and power tools. **Behavioral Skills** * Organization and care for materials and tools * Responsibility and punctuality * Proactivity in identifying issues * Teamwork * Good communication and professional demeanor Job Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1\.518,00 \- R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
